EastAlp officially exists. The LLC is filed, the bank account is open, and this website is live — and our first guided season is still planned for 2027. That gap is deliberate, and this journal is where I'll account for it.
Between now and the first trip there are permits to earn, insurance to bind, routes to scout, guides to find, and a company truck to buy. Most tour companies do all of that quietly and appear one day, fully formed, pretending it was easy. I'd rather show the work: the agencies, the paperwork, the scouting days at dawn, the decisions that go sideways.
